Smithe Salad quietly closed recently; while the closure wasn't announced, 'For Lease' signs have appeared at the storefront at 191 Smithe St. at the intersection with Cambie Street.
The shop, which specialized in smoothies and snacks as well, was a family-run business that opened in 2016.
Smithe Salad's Uber Eats and DoorDash pages are gone and the phone number has been disconnected.
