I took a tour of my new neighbours place in The Village on False Creek last week. Slated to open in October, will not only boast 140 taps (more than any other establishment in all of Canada!) but their menu will also be Oceanwise certified. If you've been following where we've partnered with the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Aquarium you can assume that we'll be featuring Craft's chef in the coming months, and you'll be assuming correctly. Also, if you're assuming they're hiring a boatload of people to staff this gigantic operation in the historical Salt Building, you're also correct. Head down to their this Saturday if you're keen.
