While 麻豆传媒映画is synonymous with movie sets and film festivals, it's also home to a sizable motorcycling community.
The city saw its first motorcycle cafe open late last year, followed by a three-day motorcycle show just a few months later.
Now the Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival (TMFF), the world's largest film festival dedicated to motorcycles and motorcycle culture, is riding into town for the first time.
The festival will be holding a single-night event at the Rio Theatre on April 28, featuring films that "tell stories of adventure, freedom, and pushing boundaries," reads a news release.
Film lovers and motorcycle enthusiasts can expect to get a peek at Japan's Specter Gang and the underground B艒s艒zuku culture there, an incredible ride to Mt. Everest's base camp, and a tense land-speed record attempt from a small-town guy.
