What in the hell is that huge NORAD looking antenna/triangle satellite dish thing on the corner of Kingsway and Boundary? As you can see from this picture that I took this afternoon it's now doubling as a cell tower but what was it's original purpose and does it still serve that purpose? This thing looks absolutely amazing and I would be sad to ever see it go... but I have no idea what it is or what it does. I need answers! Anyone?
