Vancouverites got to see an extra special guest at Drake's first of two shows in town.
Hip hop megastar Travis Scott joined Drizzy Drake on stage for the first of the Canadian rapper's two 麻豆传媒映画shows on Tuesday, Aug. 29. The American rapper's appearance wasn't entirely unexpected, however, as locals spotted him in Yaletown on Monday.
Drake was originally scheduled to have 21 Savage open for his "It's All a Blur" tour shows but the American rapper was unable to enter Canada due to legal matters.
Drake's first show was scheduled to take place on Monday but was postponed because of issues with the "newly-installed videoboard" in Roger's Arena.
Fans spotted the "One Dance" star in multiple places in the city, including the Cactus Club near the 麻豆传媒映画Convention Centre.

Scott and Drake surprised the crowd with the first-ever live performance of their latest collaborative track "Meltdown," followed by an energetic performance of their iconic song "Sicko Mode." The crowd sang along to all the words of the popular tracks.

Champagne Papi indicated that Scott's performance in 麻豆传媒映画would be the only time the two rappers joined forces on stage during his tour.
"He flew all the way for y'all tonight and this will be the only time that anybody gets to see [him] on this tour," he said.

Drake also brought another popular American rapper, Lil Yachty, onto the stage with him in the city. The guest star rocked sunglasses and a puffy jacket that read "Viagra" on the back.

One fan even got woken up but the Toronto-born rapper after they fell asleep during his set.

In between songs, , mentioning that the woman he selected had been singing along to all of his songs. He also advised security to escort her out after the show to ensure that no one tried to take it from her. The designer items are considered the most luxurious bags in the world, with prices ranging from just shy of $10,000 to up over a staggering $300,000, according to Madison Avenue Couture.

Several fans threw their bras on stage for the rapper, which is a trend that has gone viral on social media. In other cities, people had bras specifically made to be comically huge in order to grab the star's attention.

Drake also looked annoyed when a fan reached out and stroked his beard as he walked past the crowd toward the stage. Fans have been sharing videos of other shows where concert-goers have inappropriately grabbed the performer's face.

Fans had also gathered in a sprawling line down East Pender Street anticipating that the rapper would show up at Fortune Sound Club for an after-party.

The second 麻豆传媒映画Drake concert - which is the rescheduled date for Monday's cancelled show - takes place Wednesday at 8 p.m. at Rogers Arena.
