"Is it supposed to burn?"

Vancouver-born actor Seth Rogen smoked a joint with late-night host Conan O'Brien on June 22, 2021. Conan asked if it was supposed to burn when he smoked.

Seth Rogen has made headlines recently for selling his "pot" at the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Art Gallery for a whopping $12,000.

But it isn't the green stuff you normally see the funnyman promoting.

The Vancouver-born actor, comedian, cannabis enthusiast, and relatively new artist donated an untitled vase with a pronounced texture and vibrant orange colour — showcasing a glaze he created himself — to the art auction.

Of course, Rogen hasn't forgotten about weed.

As legendary late-night host Conan O'Brien wraps up his 11-year run on TBS, he has featured several of his favourite guests as he counts down the days until the final episode on June 24. He plans to create a new show for HBO Max in the future that will move away form his nightly talk show format.

Rogen made an appearance on the beloved host's show Tuesday (June 22) — but the jokesters did a little more than swap funny stories.

While he normally doesn't indulge, O'Brien took a puff of one of Rogen's joints. When the host suggested that he should relax in the days leading to the end of his show, Rogen didn't miss a beat, swiftly retrieving a joint from the pocket of his shirt.

Conan had pointed out that he is "going to have a lot of free time now" after his show goes off-air and he won't know what to do with it. Rogen said the host should try smoking some weed.

At one point, Conan says, "I enjoy my lucidity" to which Rogen remarks, "Never a sentence I've even thought in life."

Conan also jokes that he thought Rogen pulled out a birthday candle when he saw the joint. He also holds the joint the wrong way at first.

"Is it supposed to burn?"

Have a look at this hilarious interaction.

Seth Rogen and pottery during the pandemic

Rogen is a huge fan of handmade pottery, which he proudly showcases on his Twitter and Instagram accounts. However, he didn't pick up the artistic pastime during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

While countless people picked up new hobbies to beat lockdown boredom or keep the pandemic blues at bay, working with clay is something the Vancouver-born actor has long enjoyed.
