Yes, they're still sparkling in the winter night with all the colours imaginable.
Since Nov. 27, hundreds of residents and visitors have taken in the elaborate displays of Coquitlam's Lights at Lafarge.
The final day to view the near 480,000 twinkling lights — set up by a group of dedicated volunteers — is the night of Jan. 31.
It's completely free as patrons walk through Town Centre Park and around Lafarge Lake underneath arches, stroll through tunnels and take photos with smiling bright characters.
And those lights aren't easy to piece together.
City staff from the parks and recreation department, as well public works, joined Port Coquitlam's Star Illuminations and nearly 1,000 Park Spark volunteers to string up the bulbs, and fabricate and install the holiday pieces for the annual winter event.
To keep the foot traffic flowing during the peak evening hours, between 6 and 8 p.m., park hosts are positioned at pinch-points — at the north and south ends — to help guide visitors along.
Lights are on display around the 1.5-kilometre perimeter loop as well as the 1.2-kilometre lake loop.
Commuters are being reminded to use one of the hundreds of stalls in the Town Centre lot when parking, or find a spot along Pinetree Way, excluding Douglas College and the Evergreen Cultural Centre.
Lights at Lafarge is on display each night from 4 to 10:30 p.m.

And don't worry, Rocky Point Ice Cream is still at the concession stand to get treats and hot drinks.
