When I was five I was such a big Shania Twain fan, my parents hid that they were going to her concert for fear I would have had a meltdown.
They left me at home with a babysitter and didn't tell me where they'd been until years later. I'm still heartbroken.
But luckily for me, and the many other local fans of the country singer, Twain has announced two back-to-back Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»shows in May 2023 as part of her "Queen of Me" tour.
The queen of country will be playing at Rogers Arena with special guest Nashville singer-songwriter Lindsay Ell on May 2 and 3. Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 4 and Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»fans are pretty darn excited.
One even says that all of these announcements from Twain are going to send him into cardiac arrest.
The Windsor-born and Timmins-raised Twain also announced a new album with the same name as the tour. The songstress says in a tweet: "I want to celebrate this new chapter with you all on my tour! Vegas has been a dream, but I’m ready to be on the road again... This one's gonna be a big party - no inhibitions, no conditions, let's get a little out of line!!"
