A herd of food trucks are migrating to the Tri-Cities this weekend to satisfy the cravings of all residents.
The Greater Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Food Truck Festival is hosting its second Coquitlam community block party in five months with more than 20 vendors expected to make an appearance.
The free two-day event is considered to be the largest mobile festival in Canada.
And it follows a successful block party that was organized over the Mother's Day weekend (May 7-8).
Street meals ready to be served in Town Centre Park () will range from sweet and delicious to savoury and succulent.
A beer garden and BC Shop Local marketplace will also be set up while musicians perform live as guests munch their lunch.
Organizers adds a games area and face-painting station will also be set up for kids in attendance.
The food truck festival will be on from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow (Sept. 10) and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 11).
