Pass the perogies, it's time for Polish Festival Vancouver

The seventh annual Polish Festival will return to the The Pipe Shop and Shipbuilders Square in North Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­this year, promising a colourful day of culture and community.

The seventh annual will return to the The Pipe Shop and Shipbuilders Square in North Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­this year, promising a colourful day of culture and community.

The family-friendly event starts at 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 8, and offers puppet theatre, children's activities, dance groups, live music, and more entertainment continuing through into the night. The fest wraps up at 9 p.m.

Vendors will be selling all sorts of Polish wares, from t-shirts and accessories to jewelry and arts and crafts.

And then, of course, there's the food. The Polish Festival will have vendors selling plenty of delicious traditional Polish food such as sausages, perogies, and pastries.

When: Sunday, September 8 from 1-9 p.m.
