Metro Vancouverites spotted some superhero action in the city again this week.
Now filming its eighth season, The Flash is about a superhero who assumes his awesome powers after being struck by lightning.
The cast and crew of the hit Warner Brothers TV show gathered in Downtown Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»on Hastings street to film scenes on Tuesday (Sept. 14).
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s Elizabeth The captured an aerial perspective of the film set, which included a couple of picture police cruisers and lead actor Grant Austin sporting his fire-engine-red getup. A couple of city blocks were cordoned off from traffic during filming and the shoot involved multiple people.
Another local shared an image of the man in red surrounded by people dressed in black. A couple of cranes are pictured above the scene, too.
The crew was also spotted setting up for filming along West Hastings Street earlier this week. Flyers for "Big Belly Burgers" were posted on the street and several picture vehicles were already on set. Some of them read "Central City" on the side and included police cars and a library vehicle.
