Have you ever wondered why you never see goats or chickens or cows in people's yards in the city? It's because it's illegal. HOWEVER, somebody is lobbying the City of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»to loosen up an exotic bird bylaw that would allow us Vancouverites to within the city limits and you're out of your damned mind if you think I'm not gonna be building a coop if this goes through! Hell, I might even start up an urban chicken coop building business!
