This Burnaby museum will light up to celebrate 'Heritage Christmas'

This beloved holiday event is returning Nov. 25.

It's time for another season of Heritage Christmas that will light up Burnaby Village Museum in holiday splendour.

The 10-acre venue will be festooned with lights and traditional decorations, where you and your loved ones can walk and browse seasonal entertainment, demonstrations and activities.

You'll be able to grab a meal or a tasty treat at Mai's Cafe (formerly known as the Ice Cream Parlour) as well as a variety of food trucks.

The festivities will launch at the Bright in Burnaby event on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 5 to 9 p.m., with a special tree lighting ceremony at 6 p.m.

Proceeds during Bright in Burnaby night from the carousel rides will go to the Burnaby Christmas Bureau with Concord Pacific matching the donations.
