Beyoncé will be performing her "Renaissance" world tour in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»at BC Place on Sept. 11, 2023.

Queen B is coming to town next week and the Vancouver Beyhive is buzzing with excitement.

The North American leg of Beyoncé's "Renaissance" world tour is currently underway and the "Single Ladies" singer will be stopping for a show in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»on Monday (Sept. 11) at BC Place before heading down to Seattle.

Vancouverites and fans flying in to attend the musical extravaganza may want to keep this ultimate concert guide handy to avoid any frustrations and mishaps the night of the show.

Getting there

SkyTrain

The concert starts at 8 p.m. but doors open at 6 p.m., giving fans plenty of time to buy merch, get any food or drinks, and find their seat inside the venue.

BC Place is located near the Expo Line’s Stadium–Chinatown Station and Canada Line’s Yaletown–Roundhouse Station. Both SkyTrain lines will be operating their regular service and there will not be a special schedule or train to assist the concert crowd rush before or after the show.

Capstan Station construction along Canada Line will be paused on the night of the concert.

Ferry

Hullo Ferries, which had a delayed launch last month, will run a late-night sailing from its downtown Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»terminal at the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Harbour Flight Centre (1055 Canada Place) back to Nanaimo at 11:30 p.m.

The Beyonce concert is expected to wrap up around 11 p.m. which means passengers travelling to Nanaimo by boat will have to rush to make the sailing.

There are several ways to get to the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»terminal from BC Place, which each takes about 20 minutes, according to Google.

  • SkyTrain - take the Expo Line from Stadium-Chinatown Station to Burrard Station then walk about 10 minutes to the ferry terminal
  • Bus - hop on the 5, 246, or 19 bus then walk around 15 minutes to the ferry terminal
  • Walk - getting to the ferry terminal by foot will take approximately 30 minutes

Hullo Ferries General tickets cost $39.99 for a one-way trip and $75 for a round-trip. Tickets can be purchased .

Bike valet

A free bike valet will be available in the parking lot at the corner of Pacific Boulevard and Griffiths Way for those cycling to the show. It will be open from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

The valet also accepts skateboards, unicycles, rollerblades, and strollers. A bag check is available too.
