If it just hasn't been your day, your week, your month or even your year, a hilarious musical parody coming to Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»this winter is sure to get you out of second gear.
Coming to the Bell Performing Arts Centre in Surrey in the new year is . Set in 1990s Manhattan, the musical lovingly lampoons the hit sitcom, poking fun at plot holes and referencing many of the show’s 236 episodes.
The production premiered in Washington D.C. in September 2018 and went on to perform across the United States.
For an idea of what kind of humour you can expect from the show, it gets pretty meta. One song the troupe performs is called “495 Grove Street – How Can We Afford This Place?” -- a reference to how the Friends apartment would , perhaps out of reach for a chef, paleontologist or... whatever it is Chandler does for work.
