The St. George's Saints and Lord Byng Grey Ghosts are through the the semi-finals of the AAA senior boys rugby provincial championships.
St. George's entred the tournament ranked second behind rivals Shawnigan Lake. Lord Byng, which was seeded fifth, as already punched above its weight and will finish no lower than fourth overall.
The Saints defeated Carson Graham 32-17 in the quarterfinal on May 28 and advanced to meet Oak Bay in the semifinal May 29.
Lord Byng eliminated Robert Bateman 21-10 in their quarterfinal and will compete in the championship final if they can knock off the 2013 champions from Shawnigan Lake.
The 2014 championshp match is scheduled for 4 p.m. May 31 at Rotary Stadium in Abbotsford.
