The Lower Mainland championship final tips off tonight at 8 p.m. at the Richmond Oval. The third-place game at 4:30 p.m. between Burnaby South and St. George's is the real contest since only the top three teams advance to B.C.'s. Churchill and Kitsilano move on while the season will be over one of the other two.

On Feb. 24 to reach the regional final, Kitsilano narrowly defeated neighbourhood rival St. George's 69-67, and the Saints bounced back the next night to knock off private school neighbrouhood rival Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»College 72-64 to reach tonight's third-place play-off.
Churchill reached the final by beating Killarney 97-62. Killarney lost a very close game to Burnaby South, falling 65-63 in an attempt to play for third place.
