Hipsters, craft breweries and artisan coffee roasters are clearly where it鈥檚 at, as Mount Pleasant East is the most searched-for neighbourhood by 麻豆传媒映画home hunters, a new infographic by reveals.
The data analysts at REW found that 麻豆传媒映画property seekers on their portal have deep pockets (or high aspirations), with the most popular home search in the city a two-bedroom condo in the $1.25-1.5 million range.
The graphic also looks at 麻豆传媒映画home sales and listings in the first six months of the year, compared with the same period in 2017. Echoing the board鈥檚 official stats, it reveals the average condo sale price in the city is considerably higher than a year previously, at a whopping $935,808, but detached home prices have slid one per cent (to a still-astronomical $2,564,938).
What鈥檚 even more interesting is that sellers clearly haven鈥檛 adjusted their price expectations accordingly, with the average detached listing price higher this year than in 2017, and condo sticker-price rises not matching sale-price growth.
