North Vancouver’s Lynn Creek was already seeing huge changes, with the Seylynn Village masterplan underway and Intergulf’s planned high-rises in the pipe.
And local residents are now giving their feedback on a new set of towers proposed for the neighbourhood, on the site of the North Shore Winter Club facilities.
Developer Darwin Properties is proposing a large-scale residential development of three towers, one 26 storeys, one 29 storeys and one 32 storeys, as well as three six-storey buildings, designed by architectural firm Perkins + Will.
¶Ù²¹°ù·É¾±²Ô’s does not specify how many residential units would be included, but says that there would be “a range of housing options to meet the growth needs of the DNV [District of North Vancouver].â€
The North Shore Winter Club’s members have already voted to give up the land in exchange for a new club location off Dollarton Highway. However, both projects must still get the approval of the District of North Vancouver.
