A 0.1 per cent price reduction is not much in a softening luxury-home market, but that’s where this spectacular Richmond estate has been relisted, having failed to sell for $16.8 million in 2018.

The vendor is presumably confident that this resort-style home will sell this year, as it comprises a stunning West Coast Modern house sitting on more than 19 acres of prime Richmond farmland.
