ÌýA 9,700-square-foot grand mansion in prestigious First Shaughnessy has been Ìýfor $24,888,000, making it the top-priced new residential listing on the MLS last week (March 12-18).
The 2002-built home in Vancouver's priciest neighbourhood has six bedrooms (and a huge study that could be a seventh), eight bathrooms, spacious living spaces, a large media room and a luxurious conservatory indoor swimming pool.Ìý
Records show that before the home was built, the property and previous house were sold in 1999 for $1.87 million. Following the existing house's construction, the home was later sold in 2006 for $6.9 million.
It's not the first time in recent months that the property has been listed at $24.888 million. The Courier's sister website REW.ca showed the home listed for this price between July and December 2017. However, the listing price is relatively close to its B.C. Assessment value of $22,274,000.
