Pennyfarthing Better Living has filed a rezoning application to construct two four-storey market residential buildings at 4989 to 5049 Ash Street.
The proposal, which is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan, features 65 condo units, a floor space ratio of 2.0, 70 underground parking spaces and 139 bicycle spots. It also includes partial fifth-storey common amenity space.
Rositch Hemphill Architects is involved in the project.
The site, which is close to Heather Street and McGuigan Avenue, is not far from Queen Elizabeth Park.
One of the buildings would house 31 units, while the other 34 units.
An open house runs from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Peretz Centre on Oct. 23.
