The City of Burnaby has launched a community outreach project to go along with its Mayor’s Task Force on Community Housing.
The city announced this week the Your Voice. Your Home: Meeting the Housing Needs of Burnaby Residents – designed to complement the housing task force by gathering community input.
“This new initiative provides an opportunity for residents to get involved, and share their concerns and ideas on this very complex issue of affordable housing,†Mayor Mike Hurley said in a news release. “After all, this is your home and we want to hear your voice and thoughts on how we can make our city more livable – now and in the future.â€
