Hundreds gathered in style Sept. 13 for the Chefs for Oceans Celebration at the Four Seasons Hotel to welcome founder Ned Bell home to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»after his 8,700-kilometre, 72-day cross-Canada cycle. The video of the high profile event by contributor Stephanie Florian features interviews with guest of honour Ned Bell, emcee Dawn Chubai and a brief menu tour showcasing some of the sustainable seafood dishes served by notable chefs like Rob Clark, Quang Dang, Frank Pabst, Tim Bedford, Dino Renaerts and James Colerage. Special guests at the event included Courier UnLeeshed columnist Fred Lee and Mayor Gregor Robertson to name a few. All ticket revenues from this event went directly to the Chefs for Oceans Foundation.
