What is the point of rehashing 2011 riot?

To the editor: Re: "Big, bad, ugly night," April 13. I checked the date on a recent issue of the Courier to make sure it was the current edition and not one published in June 2011.

Re: "Big, bad, ugly night," April 13.

I checked the date on a recent issue of the Courier to make sure it was the current edition and not one published in June 2011. Why rehash the riot when there are more important current events to cover? I'm surprised you haven't picked up on this month's elections at Vancity, which a huge number of people belong to. The recommended selection of candidates for the board has a curious twist.
