Re: "Park board seizes goat from hobby farm," Feb. 15.

Park board commissioner Constance Barnes is outraged over the disposal of petting zoo animals. She's incensed with the turn of events. Really?

She didn't seem too outraged or incensed about closing the Stanley Par petting zoo or the Bloedel Conservatory when she joined her Vision Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»colleagues in railroading this through.

Rather than reviewing contracts and getting legal opinions, she should pass out four mirrors amongst herself and commissioners Sarah Blythe, Aaron Jasper and former commissioner Raj Hundal, who sat on the previous board.

That's how the animals met their fate. The only reason Commissioner Barnes is outraged is because it became a big news story.
