Re: "City councillor reveals B.C. Place ties," Jan. 27.
Upon reading City Councillor Ball's assertion that artificial light is a "wonderful gift to the community" I can only conclude that NPA stands for Nonsensical Preposter-ous Absurdities.
Only those with vested interests would characterize invasive commercial-advertising electronic billboards in such a positive light.
