Re: "Oil is everywhere, whether you like it or not," Letters, Sept. 9.
In a recent issue of the Courier, a person who claimed he is an environmentalist begrudged the fact that he was using oil-related products. Environmentalists are nothing but fear-mongers. Life is not as bad as these people pretend it is.
Not only do they pretend that things are very bad, they use their fear-mongering to try to convince others of their nonsense.
I do not believe that propaganda. I am old fashioned. I am not a person who recycles. I put pop bottles, tin cans, paper and regular garbage all in the same bag.
