Kirstjon Olson is considered a high-risk sex offender. The 38-year-old is subject to 27 court-ordered conditions, which include complying with electronic monitoring and curfew.

According to police, he left his residence in the Downtown Eastside shortly after midnight.
Olson is described as Indigenous, 5鈥�8鈥� tall and weighing 245 pounds. He was last seen wearing all black clothing and a black hat, and carrying a backpack with red straps.
