Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­forecast includes sunshine and chilly temperatures

While the Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­weather forecast calls for a few days of sun this week, nighttime lows will feel decidedly chilly. 

Starting on Tuesday, Feb. 18, Environment Canada is calling for sunshine and a high of 8°C with a low of -3°C. However, winds of 15 kilometres per hour will make temperatures feel more like minus five. Following this, Wednesday is also expected to be sunny with a high of 8°C during the day, and the evening is expected to dip down to -2°C with a wind chill of minus five. 

Thursday's forecast calls for a mix of sun and cloud during the day and a high of 6°C with temperatures dipping down to - 1°C overnight. And while Friday is expected to be cloudy during the day, the evening forecast calls for a 60 per cent chance of showers.

Saturday and Sunday are expected to see periods of rain, while Monday's forecast calls for a mix of sun and cloud.

While Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­saw some frigid lows this winter as well as 34 centimetress of snowfall in only five days, the spring forecast looks decidedly milder. 

AccuWeather has released its annual spring weather forecast for Canada, and its meteorologists predict that there will be a strong end to the season for ski resorts across the Canadian Rockies.
