Richmond, Lower Mainland BCIT campuses close due to snow

BCIT has closed all of its campuses for the rest of the day due to winter weather. The institute’s aerospace technology campus is in Richmond. The school said that as of 12:30 p.m.

BCIT has closed all of its campuses for the rest of the day due to winter weather. 

The institute’s aerospace technology campus is in Richmond.

The school said that as of 12:30 p.m., all campuses are closed, and all part-time and full-time classes for the remainder of the day are cancelled. 

“We ask all students, staff and faculty to safely make their way off campuses,” said the school in a statement.

“We continue to monitor the weather and will provide a new update on campus conditions by 5:30 a.m., Feb. 5 at .”
