The city collects unlimited amounts of leaves from homes until Jan. 31. Collection is every second week. Leaves should be put in yard trimmings containers and left for collection on your scheduled yard trimmings collection day. Plastic bags and liners should not be used. Extra leaves can be placed in standard store-bought garbage cans or a biodegradable paper bag. Don't rake or blow leaves onto the street. Alternatively, leaves can be composted or mulched.
