It’s another bad day for Richmond drivers who need to get through the Massey Tunnel.
Traffic has been backed up since earlier this afternoon, when pothole repair work in the tunnel blocked the left, northbound lane. Â
As of 3:45 p.m., there are heavy delays heading south on Highway 99 from near Highway 91.  Westbound traffic is also backed up along Highway 91 past No. 6 Road. Â
The southbound counterflow lane is in at the tunnel.Â
