Vinh Tran will soon be his own boss after matching to win the November 23, 2019 Lotto 6/49 Guaranteed $1 million prize.
Tran, who currently works as a cook, said he won鈥檛 waste any time opening up his own Vietnamese restaurant, a dream he鈥檚 long had.

Tran purchased the winning ticket at Chimney Hill Town Pantry in Surrey. The first person he told after scanning the ticket was his best friend.
鈥淎t first he didn鈥檛 believe me 鈥� then he told me to cash it in,鈥� Tran recalled, saying he鈥檚 glad he decided to buy the ticket during his gas-station visit.
