There’s a new vegan eats opp popping up in Vancouver, and it’s all about burgers… and beyond.

The Juice Truck is teaming up with to launch a weekly pop-up at its Main Street location, showcasing totally plant-based burgers, fries and shakes.

Vancouver-based TMRW Foods is behind the “altBurger,” a patty made from plant-based ingredients. For their weekly pop-up at The Juice Truck, they’ll be offering special burger creations each Saturday. They’ll be kicking off on Saturday, March 9 with three options, including a “Classic Cheeseburger,” a “Korean BBQ” and a “Bacon-Avocado-Feta” burger on the menu — all 100 per cent plant-based.

On the side, TMRW Foods will have tater tots and a Vegan Mint Chip Shake.

The pop-ups are slated for Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Juice Truck at 4236 Main St. in Vancouver.
