With International Womens Day shining the well-deserved spotlight on women March 8, who better to weigh in on the state of affairs of our fairer sex than a powerhouse whos been away for almost a decade?
Back in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»after an eight-year stint in LA, dancer and actress Chantal Hunt says that the majority of women she has encountered need a little more pep in their steps.
With Stilleto Fit, a glamorous all-levels dance program, Hunts goal is to empower women and build self-esteem through positive body image, health and expression.

She and business partner Alex Kaye, also a professional dancer, realized, however, that many women who wanted to learn how to dance in heels were not comfortable walking in them. So they geared their classes to teach women the art, all while engaging in aerobic exercises, yoga stretches, and dance choreography.
Having handled the cut-throat film and television industry in her career, Hunt admits even she has felt the weight of the insecurities she sees around her. Ive dealt with being judged and critiqued my whole life. It wore me out.
Now she channels her own strength and skills into teaching other women that it doesnt have to be that way.
Giving back is sexy. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.
