The BAP Uni贸n certainly left a lasting impression during its time in North Vancouver.
This past weekend, the Peruvian tall ship welcomed throngs of visitors aboard for free tours of the impressive vessel, in honour of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Peru and Canada.
The beautiful weather made the ship a popular attraction for guests eager for a taste of the nautical life. Guests able to brave the heat and long lines were provided with plenty of photo opportunities.

After being open for tours on Friday and Saturday, the ship departed in style. Those lucky enough to catch a glimpse were treated to a spectacular sight as the vessel left for Hawaii.
The Uni贸n will head from Honolulu to Los Angeles, and will make additional stops in Mexico and Panama before returning home to Peru.
