On Sept. 14, 7-Eleven convenience stores around Richmond will sell their slurpees for as little as 50 cents.
It’s part of the chain’s Name Your Price Day. Essentially, customers choose what they’d like to pay for their iced drink with the minimum price set at 50 cents.
7-Eleven says it’s sending all slurpee proceeds from Sept. 14 to WE Day to help schools in British Columbia.
