The 2018 Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»International Auto Show is showcasing more than 400 new vehicles and some of the most exciting, fastest and flashiest cars in the show’s 98-year history. Showing off its new RDX and hybrid offerings is Honda and Acura, which will be onsite at the auto show all weekend.
One of the new production models being shown in Canada for the first time is the 2019 Acura RDX. The 2019 Honda Insight Hybrid is also making its Canadian debut.
The 2019 RDX, on sale this summer, is the most extensive Acura redesign in more than a decade and features Acura’s Precision Concept design, a ground-up, exclusive platform, powerful new powertrain and luxurious interior.

The RDX offers the most powerful standard turbo engine and the only 10-speed automatic transmission in its class.Ìý It also features new Acura True Touchpad Interface and class-leading rear legroom and rear cargo space.
Acura celebrates its proud enthusiast tuner community by showcasing the passion and creativity of NSX-owner JJ Dubec, who’s will be on display at the Acura booth throughout the show.
On sale this summer, the 2019 Honda Insight is the newest addition to Honda’s diverse portfolio of alternative fuel vehicles. Equipped with two-motor hybrid technology that runs on a highly efficient 1.5-litre Atkinson cycle engine, the Insight stands out among its peers by offering elegant exterior style and premium interior in a compact package.
On sale now, the Clarity Plug-in Hybrid is a big step forward for the company’s electrified fleet, entering the Canadian market with the best overall combined range and interior volume in its class.ÌýWith a combined fuel economy of 2.1Le/100km and an all-electric range of up to 76km, the Clarity is the no-compromise alternative fuel vehicle. The Clarity comes packed with standard features, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, HondaLink mobile app and Honda Sensing’s full suite of safety technology.
