ks a competition catapulted Dale MacKay into the restaurant scenes stratosphere. Trevor Bird must be very aware of the glories that await if he can win the same honour in this years competition. Formerly of Vancouvers Shangri-La Hotel, Bird owns the Trevor Bird Cooking catering company and is opening his own restaurant. Hes the only Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»chef whose cooking will come under the intense gaze of judges Mark McEwan and Shereen Araazm. The shows new season premieres March 12.
