Chef Karen Barnaby is leaving the Fish House on April 13. From the Les Dames d'Escoffier BC Chapter Facebook page: On April 16, Dame Karen Barnaby starts a new position as the chef of product and business development for the strategic alliance partnership of Albion Fisheries, Intercity Meat Packers and Fresh Start Produce. For the past 35 years she headed the kitchen of many of Vancouver's top restaurants with the past 17 years as executive chef at the Fish House. We wish Chef Karen much success in her new position.
