You Gotta Eat Here. So sayeth the Food Network, which is launching a new show by that name on Jan. 6. The inaugural season showcases two Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­cafés. Canadian food-obsessed funny-man John Catucci visits Argo Café on the Feb. 5 show and Topanga Café on Mar. 16. The Food Network says John rolls up his sleeves and dives into the kitchens of local landmark restaurants to help them cook their signature dishes.John meets the owners, chefs and patrons who make each restaurant a destination youd insist on dragging a friend to. He hears their stories, learns their family traditions and experiences their passion for good food.

24 Mini Crisp & Thin Six Garden Vegetable Crackers

2 tbsp PC Memories of Tuscany balsamic vinegar and fig sauce

75 g (2.5 oz) PC blue cheese, cut in 24 bite-size pieces

8 large seedless red grapes, each cut in six thin slices

24 walnut pieces

Place crackers flat on work surface. Place a small dollop of Memories sauce on each cracker. Top with blue cheese, two slices of grape and a piece of walnut. Transfer to platter.
