Describe your cooking and/or the theme of your restaurant: Section (3) is a fun, casual environment with a menu that offers something for everyone from a quick lunch to a late-night bite in the wee hours.

We might also find you dining out at... Latitude on Main, especially on Taco Tuesdays...Yum! Zakuushi for fun and friendly sushi and Japanese tapas. Dan Sushi my daughter Fortunes favorite udon in the city. Public, a welcoming, independent and owner-operated spot. La Regalade I get fatter just thinking about the meat and cheese!

Your dream dinner date (spouses and family dont count): Pierce Brosnan.

Last nights dinner: Thanksgiving turkey at Moms. The night before that: lobster ravioli with sage brown butter and sauteed kale that I made at home.

If you had a date with the electric chair, your last meal order would be ... Yoshi Tabo of Ki (and formerly Blue Water) to come and feed me endless sushi.

Youd gag if you ate... Caraway seeds, raw onion, raw garlic and beef tongue.

Youd be happiest at Happy Hour with... A glass of Pinot Grigio with my good friend Miss Erin.

Secret treats (What do you enjoy when no ones looking?): A whole can of smoked oysters.

Youd take a long flight in economy class for that one meal in... New Yorks Beauty and Essex.

Culinary confession: I showed up to a cater a funeral with lots of pork items only to discover the dearly departed and several hundred attendees were Jewish.

Menu suggestion for a hassle-free, sit-down dinner party for six: Crock-pot lentil soup and spatchcock chicken with rosemary potatoes and green beans.

Five must-have ingredients in your kitchen: Basil, sage, Italian parsley, home-made chicken stock, lots of cheese.
