Drivers will want streets back from cyclists

The proposed cycling routes on main arterial streets are purely an unwanted and political measure foisted on taxpayers by the Vision party's tree-hugger agenda.

The strategic plan is to improve cyclists' visibility by using the main traffic routes and to regularly fabricate the numbers of cyclists in order to justify the cyclist's moral superiority in solving global warming. Safety is clearly not a consideration as using the adjacent streets would be the practical solution and ultimately better for all users, cars or cyclists. The public doesn't believe in the politicos' creed and will eventually want their streets back for vehicles, which is the raison d'etre for our road system.
