From Feb. 12 to 15, the whos who of Vancouvers cocktail world will gather at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel and other venues. There will be five tasting rooms, meet-and-greets, seminars and several opportunities to toast the citys cocktail culture with the events official cocktail, Jacob Sweetapples Roaming Buffalo Punch.

The event is as much for cocktail lovers as it for cocktail makers. The $195 pass, which covers entry to all tasting rooms, seminars and parties, is an amazing deal because of its $600 value, Mote says, adding, these are people who are really good at throwing a party.
