Ever dream of recreating all the joys of fall, but in a chocolate?

Well, now you can thanks to Adrian Harris and Jeremy Inglett, a.k.a. the , for doing just that.

Harris and Inglett say the inspiration for this collection is pure nostalgia, which is why they worked with to create three limited-edition chocolates that promise to have you dreaming of sipping apple cider around a campfire, before digging into a slice of mom’s pumpkin pie.

Get ready to taste fall in a chocolate.

Pumpkin Pie

Imagine caramelized white chocolate and roasted pumpkin ganache with a pie crunch covered in a white chocolate shell. One bite of these and you’ll be booking a trip to Vermont to see the leaves change colour.

With a mix of milk chocolate birch ganache and vanilla marshmallow, wrapped in a dark chocolate shells, these decadent treats pay homage to s’mores and camping — without the rain.

There’s nothing like a cup of warm apple cider to conjure up memories of tobogganing, skating or just hanging out with friends and family. But whether you’ll want to share these treats, created from caramelized white chocolate, cardamom ganache and apple cider jelly rolled in a cookie crumble in a milk chocolate shell, with said family and friends is up to you.

The public also has an opportunity to meet Adrian and Jeremy of the Food Gays at a special Sunday, Oct. 6 from noon to 3 p.m. at Chez Christophe, 4717 Hastings St., Burnaby.

The first 25 people to purchase a box of these collaboration chocolates will receive a free signed copy of the Food Gays' cookbook Cooking in Color: Vibrant, Delicious, Beautiful Food. Note: these gorgeous chocolates are only available instore and until Oct. 14.
