Calling all vintage shoppers: The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Market is holding their inaugural event this weekend at WISE Hall. They’ll have 35-plus vendors selling and showing off their vintage clothing, musical instruments, homemade goods, knick knacks, jewelry, housewares and more. Food trucks will be there to fuel your shopping, and since it’s St. Patrick’s Day, you might even spot a leprechaun.

Dining Out for Life
Now in its 25th year, Dining Out for Life is a one-day fundraising event in which more than 40 restaurants across the province contribute 25 per cent of their entire food sales to A Loving Spoonful, to help locals living with HIV/AIDS. You’ll find many of your favourites participating, from Whistler to White Rock, including spots like Forage, Ask For Luigi, Bells and Whistles, Nook, Wildebeest, Mary’s On Davie, Pizzeria Farina, Burgoo, Hy’s, Maenam and many more.

#Breakthecycle spin classes
Two special edition spin classes happening this weekend at Ride Cycle in Yaletown aim to keep you fit while supporting the Downtown Eastside community. Sign up for a seat to spin and #BreaktheCycle; proceeds from the special classes will go to Employ To Empower, a non-profit that offers training, work experience and support to help homeless individuals in the DTES transition into stable, long-term jobs. Plus there are some perks for spinners taking part in the special classes. Tickets are available online, and you can add donations onsite.
