As an architect, Richard Henriquez has helped shape the way we live in our world. From June 7 to 30, hell be sharing his sometimes quirky, sometimes poetic view of the world at Winsor Gallery (3025 Granville, ) Richard Henriquez: Narrative Fragments is his first exhibit since his highly regarded Memory Theatre installation that premiered at the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Art Gallery, travelled to the Canadian Centre for Architecture and was exhibited at the Venice Biennale. It features a number of two-dimensional light-box works, a sculptural installation and several tripod sculptures. He wants us to imagine the stories of how these objects and images came to be and exactly who, or what they are. The gallery is hosting an artists reception from 6 to 9pm on Thursday, June 7. The gallery is open Mondays to Saturdays 10am to 6pm and Sundays 11am to 5pm.
