Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­Opera Festival organizers have been colluding with the Russians — Russian composers to be exact. Under the theme Russian White Nights, the second annual festival includes performances of Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin, the anticipated premiere of The Overcoat – a musical tailoring, a series of instrumental and vocal chamber music concerts and events for the whole family, including Prokovfiev’s Peter and the Wolf.
