Members of the band Hedley played an acoustic performance for students at Sir Alexander Mackenzie elementary on Tuesday.
In addition to the gift of music, the band brought with them $10,000 worth of new instruments for the school's music program.
The intimate concert was in support of the MusicCounts Band Aid program, which provides school music programs in need with musical instruments and equipment. To date, the program has distributed nearly $8 million in instruments and equipment to hundreds of school music programs across Canada.聽聽聽
